At Champion Assess, we provide digital products in the form of online test services. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer returns or refunds once access has been granted—except under certain conditions outlined below.

Nature of Our Products

All our products are digitally delivered, including:

  • Online mock tests
  • Practice exams
  • Performance reports and analytics

Once purchased, test access is typically granted instantly or within minutes.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund only under the following conditions:

  1. Payment Error: You were charged more than once for the same product.
  2. Access Failure: You were charged more than once for the same product.
  3. Duplicate Purchase: You were charged more than once for the same product.

Note: Refund requests made after accessing or starting the test are not eligible.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Inability to complete the test due to internet or device issues
  • Failure to use the product within its valid time frame
  • Wrong product selection by the user

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of your purchase with:

  • Transaction ID or order confirmation
